-Q: What time should I have my trash out on pickup day?
A: We recommend that you place your trash out the evening before your pick-up day. This will ensure that your trash will be collected. If your can is not out when the driver comes for pick-up, your next service will be on your next service date. Pickup Service Hours will be between the hours of 6:00am - 7:00pm
-Q: How much trash will be collected for my service?
A: Your monthly service will include the pick-up of your can(s). Service would be provided once per week.
-Q: What items are not taken?
A: See our Services Page: https://trashsmashersllc.com/services-%2F-sign-up for the list of items that are not taken. All items must be bagged and tied. Loose trash will not be taken.
-Q: What is the Billing Process?
A: We bill monthly & quarterly for our services. Your bill is sent to you by email. Payment is due on the 1st of the month, *unless setup on automatic payments. If the bill is not paid within 14 days after the "Payment Due Date" shown on the invoice, service will be suspended. *If payment is received after the 15th of the month, a $10.00 late fee will be charged. Failure to receive bill does not release customer from payment obligation.
-Q: What form of payments are accepted?
A: Payments can be securely made by using the link in the bill that is sent to our customers via email. This will allow you to pay by debit/credit, Apple Pay or Bank transfer for your service. *Automatic monthly & quarterly payments are available.
